Bookkeepers Assistant & Data Entry Clerk
This applicant must be very detail-oriented, with good computer and typing skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Must have the ability to handle multiple details, adapt, and respond well to change. Must be a self-starter and work well with other professionals. This candidate needs to have high integrity with a good positive attitude. Good Communication and organizational skills are must for this position.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting Bookkeeper with accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliation, financial reporting.
  • Receives, reviews, and enters data into computer system database according to established procedures.
  • Ensures accuracy of all data recorded.
  • Other duties as assigned by Bookkeeper.
